CHANGE, Inc Family Medical Care is hiring a Full Time LPN (with WV and OH Licensure) or CMA (schooling through an accredited program and NHA or AAMA certification)
Position Details:
· Job Title: Gynecology Float
· Location: Wintersville with travel to other FMC locations (as needed)
· Work Schedule: Monday – Friday
Qualifications:
· Must be a LPN (with OH and WV Licensure) or CMA (schooling through an accredited program and NHA or AAMA certification)
· Excellent organization, critical thinking, communication, interpersonal and multi-tasking skills, excellent documentation, and computer skills, knowledgeable of care plans and must have the ability to grasp new technology quickly.
· Must maintain a valid driver’s license.
· Pass a background check and drug screening.
Responsibilities:
· Assist the Gyne PCC with daily work flow.
· Complete authorizations for surgeries, CT, MRI, osteoporosis medications and weight management medications. Collaborate with billing to collect fees prior to surgery.
· Facilitate patient flow by collaborating with care team to complete prior authorizations, referrals, assisting with rooming responsibilities, answering phones, scheduling appointments, manage DIs and telephone encounters and direct patient care and medication administration.
