- An experienced salesperson with strong upselling skills, OR
- A manager with prior experience in retail or medical office management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls professionally and promptly.
- Verifying insurance eligibility accurately and efficiently.
- Assisting patients in selecting the perfect frames and lenses with outstanding customer service.
- Handling data entry tasks with attention to detail.
- Processing and billing insurance claims.
For candidates applying for a managerial role, additional responsibilities may include:
- Overseeing daily operations to ensure smooth workflow.
- Training and supervising team members.
- Driving sales and ensuring team performance.
Requirements:
- For Sales Applicants: Prior sales experience is required, with a proven ability to upsell and connect with customers.
- For Manager Applicants: Experience as a Retail Sales Manager or Medical Office Manager is required.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and motivate a team (for managers).
- Reliability and punctuality are a must.
- Basic computer skills for daily tasks and data management.
