- Supervise the implementation of behavior programs for clients when assigned supervised caseload under direct support and supervision from a BCBA
- Provide all consultation and support in professional manner to staff and parents.
- Overlap and train Behavior Technicians in all essential job duties including implementation of interventions, data recording etc.
- Provide initial and ongoing performance feedback to Behavior Therapists. May be asked to participate in staff evaluations when supervising behavior therapist in collaboration with BCBA or Director.
- Assist in the development and implementation of assessment tools, to conduct functional assessments and analyses when appropriate, and to develop appropriate behavior strategies to teach appropriate behavior and reduce maladaptive behaviors.
- Ensure all monthly mid-level supervision hours are scheduled and rendered with appropriate documentation and signature for each appointment.
- Create program and materials as directed and under the supervision of a BCBA/ClinicalDirectors.
- Communicate any questions or concerns regarding programs or parent concerns to clients’ Clinical Directors.
- Monitor client progress and documents when available.
- May be assigned a role in interviewing and onboarding
- Conduct monthly parent meetings for consultation and training to maintain ongoing communication and support for families.
- Provide Direct Behavior Support when assigned direct caseload or Substitute when assigned
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Summary
As an ABA Mid Level Program Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of applied behavior analysis programs, ensuring high-quality patient care and assessment. Reporting to the Program Director, you will utilize your core skills in medical documentation and HIPAA compliance while leveraging your premium skills in behavioral therapy and experience with children, particularly those with Autism. Your role will involve supervision and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to enhance the well-being of individuals with autism and other disabilities, contributing to their overall development and success.
Qualifications
- Masters enrollment or completion required
- Programming and Assessment experience and competency required
- BCaBA certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis and behavioral therapy
- Experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism
- Proficient in patient assessment, medical documentation, and HIPAA compliance
- Familiarity with special education practices and diagnostic evaluations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient care and collaboration
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $30.00 - $33.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
