Part-time Clinical Supervisor
This is a part-time salaried position. We are currently seeking a candidate who is a Licensed Certified Social Worker–Clinical (LCSW-C) /Licensed Professional Counselor (LCPC) and a board-certified supervisor. The individual's license must be in the State of Maryland.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Supervise up to 7 clinicians and/or student interns to ensure adherence to the organization’s policies and procedures and timely completion of documentation and work.
- Provide and complete documentation for weekly/bi-weekly/monthly clinical supervision through case consultation, documentation review, and clinical recommendations.
- Complete monthly quality and assurance chart audits and phone calls.
- Complete disciplinary actions as needed and annual employee and contractor reviews.
- Streamline processes to reduce costs and increase productivity and revenue.
- Equip your team with the necessary clinical skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
- Attend and participate in clinical staff meetings and clinical training/professional development training as scheduled.
- Provide On-site and Virtual Supervision as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Preferred & Required Qualifications and Skills
- Master's Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy or Social Work
- Maryland Board Certified Supervisors (LCSW-C or LCPC)
- Licensed in the State of Maryland (active and in good standing)
- At least two years of supervisor experience required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, internet, EHR/EMR, excellent oral and written communication skills, and reliable transportation.
- Knowledgeable in State Certifications/Licensing requirements, The Joint Commission standards, COMAR regulations, and HIPAA standards.
- Position requires flexibility, organizational skills, creativity, and self-sufficiency.
Other Requirements
- Candidate must be willing to complete a federal and state background check upon hire.
- The candidate must possess a current driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Candidate must be able to provide proof of auto insurance, vehicle registration, and a certified copy of their driving record.
