BIG PICTURE :
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Ideas Manager to lead the ideation process for our YouTube channel. This role is pivotal in driving the content strategy and ensuring that our videos continue to inspire and resonate with our audience. As an Ideas Manager, you will be responsible for generating and overseeing compelling ideas that align with the core values and themes of our content. You will collaborate closely with our team of writers and key stakeholders to ensure the branded vision is executed and writing deadlines are met. Ultimately, this individual will have a passion for film production, a knack for generating unique ideas, and a talent for crafting captivating scripts.
HOW YOULL SPEND YOUR TIME :
- Ideate and develop engaging video concepts and pitches for weekly content releases on the Dhar Mann YouTube channel.
- Leading the creative development process, from ideation to beat sheets to overseeing scripts
- Providing guidance and feedback to writers during the scriptwriting process, overseeing revisions
- Conducting research and staying updated on trending topics, social issues, and audience preferences to inform content ideation.
- Analyzing audience feedback, viewer metrics, and performance data to iterate on content strategies and optimize engagement.
- Providing creative direction and guidance to writers, directors, and other team members involved in content creation.
- Fostering a culture of innovation and creativity within the team, encouraging brainstorming sessions and idea generation.
- Maintaining a deep understanding of the Dhar Mann brand and its values, ensuring that all content aligns with the brand's mission.

The typical work schedule is 40 hours a week, specific times will be discussed during the interview
