Join Us as a Modern Workplace Account Executive
As a Modern Workplace Account Executive at Changing Social, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with clients. You will identify new business opportunities, develop sales strategies, and work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Your role will be critical in expanding our market presence and achieving our revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Develop and execute account management plans to maximise client engagement and retention.
Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns that drive lead generation and brand awareness.
Solution Selling:
- Understand clients’ business challenges and objectives, and present solutions that align with their needs.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of Modern Workplace solutions, including Microsoft 365, and effectively communicate their value proposition.
- Lead product demonstrations, presentations, and proposals to showcase our capabilities and secure new business.
Negotiation and Closing:
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing to close deals that meet both client and company needs.
- Work closely with Operations and Adoption and Change teams to ensure compliance and accuracy in contract agreements and statements of work.
Market and Competitor Analysis:
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs.
- Use insights to refine sales strategies and identify new opportunities for growth.
- Share feedback and market intelligence with internal teams to drive product and service enhancements.
Collaboration and Teamwork:
- Work closely with the Customer Success, Technical, PMO and ACM teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture, supporting colleagues and sharing best practices.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Achievement of quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Customer satisfaction scores and client retention rates.
- Number of new clients acquired and growth in existing accounts.
- Efficiency in the sales cycle and pipeline management.
- Quality and effectiveness of sales presentations and proposals.
Qualifications and Skills
- 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in Microsoft Partner environment.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of Modern Workplace solutions, including Microsoft 365.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyse market trends and identify opportunities.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
