Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and skilled BCBA to join our team at Channel ABA. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in providing clinical oversight and guidance in the delivery of ABA therapy services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments to identify underlying factors contributing to challenging behaviors and/or skill deficits.
- Develop and implement treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based interventions and clearly outlined behavior reduction and skill acquisition goals.
- Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure proper implementation of strategies and interventions outlined in the treatment plan.
Requirements:
- Current BCBA certification from the BACB.
- Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, special education, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of behavior analytic principles, methodologies, and interventions.
