Channel Islands Social Services is seeking our next Human Resources Associate to join our established, growing, mission-driven organization. This role is integral to the company's success, focusing primarily on screening and hiring applicants referred by families we support. The HRA also actively communicates with employees about the organization's resources and expectations. The HRA is involved in the full cycle of employment from hiring to offboarding, which includes actively building and maintaining rapport with employees and authorized families on their caseload.
The ideal candidate will be a personable, detail-oriented, initiative-taker who is passionate about representing the company and will bring insight from their Human Resources experiences to the team. Bilingual skills in English and a second language is preferred. We offer bilingual incentive pay for our non-exempt administrative personnel through a simple certification process, which can add up to $1.50/hour above base hourly wage.
