JOB SUMMARY:
As a Creative Marketing Specialist for Channell Commercial Corporation, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective creative marketing strategies to promote our products or services, enhance brand awareness, and drive business growth. You will play a crucial role in analyzing market trends and identifying target audiences while implementing innovative marketing campaigns to achieve organizational objectives. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, such as sales, design, marketing, photography, and product development, will be essential to ensure the successful implementation of creative marketing initiatives
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Marketing Strategy Development: Formulate marketing plans visioned with the company's overall objectives. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to identify opportunities and challenges within the target market.
- Campaign Planning and Execution: Create and oversee the implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, social media, events, and more. Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments for optimal results.
- Brand Management: Maintain and enhance the organization's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing communications. Develop brand guidelines and monitor their adherence to all marketing materials. Incorporate new and innovative marketing techniques to stay ahead of the competition.
- Digital Marketing: Lead digital marketing efforts, including website optimization, SEO/SEM strategies, email marketing, content marketing, and social media engagement to increase online visibility.
- Content Creation: develop compelling marketing content, such as blogs, articles, videos, infographics, company culture, and other promotional materials that resonate with the target audience.
- Lead Generation and Conversion: Implement lead generation strategies to optimize lead nurturing processes to facilitate conversions and enhance customer retention.
- Marketing Analytics: Utilize data analytics tools to track marketing performance, measure campaign effectiveness, and generate actionable insights. Use data to make informed decisions and continuously improve marketing efforts.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience, including developing and executing integrated marketing plans
- Strong understanding of various marketing channels and digital marketing platforms
- Proficiency in data analysis and using insights to drive marketing decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building effective relationships with internal teams and external partners
- Creativity and innovation to develop unique marketing campaigns that resonate with the target audience
- Analytical mindset and a data-driven approach to measure and improve marketing performance
- Photography/Videography will be preferred but not required
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS: The physical demands and working conditions requirements indicated below are examples of the orders to carry out the essential job functions.
Physical Demands: Sitting, standing, and walking (up to continuously); air travel; frequent use of computer and telephone requiring finger, hand, and arm movement; occasionally carrying office supplies and other miscellaneous items up to 30 pounds. Continuous use of seeing, hearing, and verbal communication.
Working Conditions: Working in an office setting indoors; frequent exposure to temperatures commensurate with outdoor seasonal temperatures.
