Bartenders/Door Person

Overview
We are seeking dedicated and personable Bartenders (3-4), and Door Person (1-2), to join our team. The ideal candidates will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and seamless entry into our establishment. This role is crucial in creating a positive first impression and maintaining the overall ambiance of our venue.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly demeanor as they arrive and depart from the venue.
• Assist with managing guest flow during peak times to ensure efficient entry and exit.
• Monitor the entrance area to maintain safety and security protocols.
• Provide information about the venue, including menu offerings, events, and services available.
• Collaborate with the service staff to ensure a smooth experience for all guests.
• Handle any guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the entrance area, and bar area.

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service within the hospitality industry, bar, nightclub settings is preferred.
• Familiarity with checking ID's is preferable
• Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Basic math skills for handling guest inquiries related to retail math or bill calculations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and professionalism.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 – 20 per week
