Enterprise Account Executive
***This position is open to applicants based in Boston, Massachusetts, United States. Applicants must have a work/residence permit for the respective location.***
Main Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the penetration in a pre-defined list of Key Accounts
- Creates, and implements penetration strategies for each account in the assigned Key Account list
- Manage a list of large, existing customers to develop and maintain long-term relationships to accomplish account growth
- Research key customers’ wants and needs and suggest relevant solutions, educate them about product features and benefits to create upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- Prepares proposals for new and existing key clients based on their needs and budget constraints
- Identify potential key customers, outside of the pre-defined Key Account list, and research decision makers
- Resolve customers' complaints in an effective and respectful way
- Gather, report and communicate customers' feedback on service, technology and product delivery
- Keep up to date with industry and market trends and best practices to identify new business opportunities and respond to competitor activity
- Attend relevant industry events to meet key customers and maintain relationships with relevant partners of the industry
- Maintains a clear track record within the company’s CRM system
- Monitors Sales Results Based on KPIs; Prepares reports and analyses for sales management.
Job Requirements:
- Fluent in English
- Additional foreign language is a plus
- 2-5 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficient in general software licensing and sales practices, experience with different software licensing models and sales approaches;
- Familiar with the AEC/M&E industries and SaaS businesses
- Negotiation skills
- Great problem-solver
- Autonomous in prioritizing day-to-day tasks
- Effective communication over email (and phone)
- University degree
