Chapa-De Fill In Physicians / Nurse Practitioners have a passion for working with the underserved in our community and practicing wide scope family medicine with a multi-disciplinary approach, while maintaining a flexible schedule.
Salary :
FNP : $552-$695 daily rate.
Physician : $872-$1,133 daily rate.
Schedule : This is a fill in position and can be anytime Monday - Friday, 8-5 based on clinic needs and provider's availability.
Job Duties :
- Providing excellent primary care for every member of our community from newborns to seniors in an outpatient setting
- Empowering and advising a talented team of FNP's, Nurses, MA's, LVN's and other support staff with medical services, protocols, standard procedures, and management of patient care related activities
- 5 years' directly related experience.
- Licensed California Physician in Family Practice OR Current CA Nurse Practitioner license
- Board Certified.
- Current BLS certificate
- ActiveCa ID or Drivers License
