Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Las Vegas, NV for an Assistant Manager at Chapel Hats. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for day-to-day store operations, assisting the store manager, managing staff, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Additional responsibilities include inventory management, visual merchandising, and sales performance tracking. The Assistant Manager will also be involved in staff training and development, resolving customer queries and complaints, and contributing to overall store success.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail management and customer service
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with inventory management and visual merchandising
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency in retail software and point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Previous experience in accessory or fashion retail is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Management or related field is preferred
