Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Grounds Maintenance Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the outdoor and indoor tennis courts, as well as the outdoor areas of our property, ensuring they are safe, clean, and visually appealing.
Duties
- Perform tennis court maintenance tasks such as brooming, grooming, and watering
- Maintain main buildings, inside and out
- Perform minor irrigation repairs, fencing repairs, tennis equipment (brooms, squeeges, liner) repairs and maintenance
- Daily cleaning of walkways, parking lot, and patios as needed
- Utilize hand tools for various court and facility maintenance tasks
- Assist in groundskeeping duties as needed
Experience
- Proven experience in landscape/tennis court maintenance
- Knowledge of various tennis facility and groundskeeping tasks including court grooming, brushing, refurbishing, and some lawn care and tree trimming
- Familiarity with using hand tools for outdoor maintenance
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.95 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week

Experience:
- tennis court and/or landscape maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)
