We are looking for an energetic Automotive Service Director to oversee the daily operations of the service department. To train and develop our Service team to a World class level.
Candidates should have prior automotive dealership experience specifically service management experience and a dedication to customer satisfaction. Open to joining a 20 group to continue personal development, as well as OE Master Certification.
Service Director Responsibilities:
- Hire, train and motivate employees in the Service Department.
- Solves problems and meets predetermined services and sales objectives.
- Directly supervises service department personnel; carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Ensures proper processes are executed, communicate clearly with customers, explains vehicle maintenance services as well as auto repair, develops estimates and quotes, focuses on customer satisfaction.
- Generates repeat customers and provides resolutions of customer complaints.
- Creates work schedules and maintains proper accounting of Service Technicians' productivity.
- Acts as lead liaison from the Service Department to all other dealership departments.
- Ensures a safe working environment.
- Ensures that equipment is properly maintained and repaired.
Salary : $150,000 - $175,000
