Core Responsibilities:
- Produce and edit short-form videos (Reels/TikTok) and photos for Chapman’s social media pages.
- Utilize various tools and software including Adobe Creative Suite, video editing software, social media management tools, and reporting and analytics tools.
- Write compelling captions and schedule posts for Chapman dealerships across social channels.
- Travel to Chapman dealerships in Phoenix, Tucson, and Las Vegas to capture content, including photos and videos of vehicles, staff, and events.
- Conduct live social media coverage for corporate and dealership events.
- Generate innovative social media strategies and assist in analyzing marketing data to track content performance, optimize engagement, and inform future campaigns.
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience creating engaging reels and/or TikToks – Please include links to samples of your work!
- Experience with photography and videography equipment.
- Demonstrates strong writing skills free from spelling and grammatical errors.
- Familiarity with marketing analytics and interpreting performance data to refine content strategies.
- Flexibility for occasional night/weekend work and monthly travel, including overnight stays in Tucson or Las Vegas as needed.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
Preferred Software Skills:
- Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects.
- Video Editing Software: CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro.
- Social Media Management Tools: Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Later.
- Analytics and Reporting Tools: Google Analytics, Meta Insights, Hootsuite Analytics.
Hours and Work Environment
This is an onsite position based out of the Chapman Corporate center in Chandler, AZ with frequent travel to Chapman dealerships in the greater Phoenix area, as well as occasional travel to Tucson and Las Vegas. Work hours may vary based on business needs.
