Core Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership, focus, training and support for your team, helping them to achieve sales goals and supporting their professional development.
- Manage the sales process; delegate responsibilities and monitor sales performance.
- Build rapport with customers and ensure they receive prompt, courteous service.
- Assist sales consultants with customers throughout the sales process, and address customer concerns when needed.
- Demonstrate your commitment to customer satisfaction ensuring prompt responses to customer inquiries and routinely making follow-up calls.
- Understand and remain up-to-date on federal, state, and local regulations.
- Contribute to a culture of innovation, professional development, and collaboration.
- Participate in the hiring, training, and development of sales professionals.

- A minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive dealership sales management is required.

Hours and Work Environment:
We are open Monday – Friday 8am – 9pm and Saturdays 8am – 8pm. We are closed Sundays. Scheduled shifts will include 8am – 4pm and 12pm – 9pm. We ask that all applicants have the availability to work any of the days and times listed above. This is an onsite position, primarily working indoors in the dealership showroom with the occasional need to work outdoors on the sales lot.
