Core Responsibilities:
- Check bodywork to make sure structural repairs are completed, prep and prime vehicle components to be painted.
- Carefully tape and mask areas not to be painted.
- Work alongside the Auto Body Painter to learn to mix and apply paint.
- Unmask, buff and polish completed vehicles.
- Clean stalls and paint booths.
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience prepping vehicles for paint is preferred.
- Familiarity with paint and primer process is helpful.
- Demonstrates thorough workmanship and exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to follow directions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have a clean driving record and a valid driver's license.
- Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
Hours and Work Environment:
Hours are Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm. Enjoy working in an indoor, climate-controlled paint shop.
