- Manage busy office and provide support to all sales staff
- Provide high level customer service to all clients
- Maintain strong relationships with clients
- Provide administrative assistance to busy owner.
- Encourage and improve cross-department internal communication
- Perform other office tasks (replenish office supplies, distribute mail, custodial duties, etc.)
- 5 years Previous experience in administrative services or other related fields
- College degree in related field
- 5 years insurance experience preferred
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Strong leadership qualities
