Chapman University’s Office of Community Relations serves as a liaison between the University and the residents, government officials, civic organizations, and businesses that call our local communities their home.Our team is seeking a friendly and service-oriented Community Relations Manager who will assist with strategic outreach and engagement activities that support positive town-gown relations in the neighborhoods that surround Chapman’s campuses. They will organize events, oversee marketing and communications initiatives, and serve as a community liaison and resource for students. Additionally, the Manager provides administrative and operational support to the Vice President and department, which includes responding to a wide variety of requests; drafting, editing, and preparing final versions of correspondence; processing financial documents and allocation reports; and executing special projects as assigned. The Manager will also supervise a team of student employees.
