What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marketing Strategist position at chapman?
The Marketing Strategist is a critical marketing planner, doer and partner relationship owner in Chapman University’s Strategic Marketing and Communications (SMC) department. In collaboration with SMC’s marketing team, SMC leaders and colleagues and designated University partners, this role collaborates to develop, execute and optimize marketing efforts for campaigns related to the University’s strategic priorities. This role is a key liaison to the graduate admissions office, assigned schools and colleges in their portfolio as directed, and to other partners as appropriate. This role is responsible for researching, developing and communicating strategic marketing plans to meet partner and University goals; providing strategic marcomm consultations within and outside of SMC; and developing plans, content and other materials to advance their scope of work. This position reports to the Director of Marketing in SMC.
