Marketing Specialist
Type : Contractor
Location : remote for now (in-office at a later time)
TECH PLATFORM is looking to retain the services of a marketing specialist as independent contractor to provide support in the implementation of a variety of marketing functions with the scope of increasing volume of users and sales. Activities include but are not limited to creating landing pages for websites,
managing social media, identifying and assisting with the implementation of new marketing areas as well as improving current marketing efforts, creating and strategizing marketing plans, and assisting in the implementation of the same; assist with other website functions and business operations including but not limited to site updates, web site plugins, web site development, work on other web site relates matters such as shopping cart, resizing images, update pricing, update other components on the site, marketing operations, business strategies, making sales calls, communicating with vendors, customers, and other parties, and other tasks. You will be responsible for assisting with the efficiency of business operations. The goal will be to ensure the profitability of our company’s activities to drive sustainable development and long-term success.
Responsibilities
Create and update website landing pages.
Assist with creating and implementing a variety of marketing ideas.
Provide thorough strategy to increase volume of users and sales.
Identify marketing and customer acquisition issues and provide solutions.
Provide assistance with any other marketing avenue including PR and others.
Assist with website / platform updates.
Prepare regular reports on sales, pricing, and other business operations.
Prepare marketing related materials including but not limited to brochures, newsletters, etc.
Identify and communicate with potential customers.
Maintain good business relationships between customers and company.
Maintain relationships with partners / vendors / suppliers.
Draft blogs or article content.
Assist with the development of goals and objectives that tend to growth.
Assist with the implementation of various business plans and strategies to promote the attainment of goals.
Organize and coordinate operations in ways that ensure maximum productivity.
Gather, analyze and interpret external and internal data and write reports.
Represent the company in events, conferences etc.
Assist with any other tasks as assigned.
Skills
- Bachelor Degree.
- Proven experience as a marketing specialist or similar role.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent written skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Understanding of diverse business processes and strategy development.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, databases and information systems
