What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Investigator position at chapman?
Under the general supervision of the Director of Equal Opportunity, the incumbent is responsible for assisting with initial response and investigation of complaints of gender discrimination, including sexual harassment, sexual violence, and other prohibited conduct including employee relations concerns. The incumbent will work closely with University policies for Equal Opportunity matters filed by the University community. When a complaint is filed, the incumbent will conduct a prompt and thorough review/investigation. The incumbent acts as a neutral party in the review/investigation and provides a detailed, unbiased reports to the Director of Equal Opportunity.
