Job Responsibilities
- Assist in receiving and processing fruit, crushing, sorting, pressing, etc.
- Participate in winery sanitation, equipment operation, and cleaning
- Conduct additions to juice, must, and wine, as well as punch-downs and pump-overs
- Engage in racking and wine transfer, barrel filling, topping, stirring, and racking, monitoring fermentation, and more
- Contribute to drain down and dig outs from tanks and presses, as well as bottling line operations
Requirements
- Must be able to work in the US
- English speaking and literacy required
- Forklift experience recommended
- Previous harvest experience beneficial
- Ability to lift 60 lbs
- Valid driver's license required
