Intrigued? Well, we are looking for a full-time hybrid* media coordinator to support the execution and management of campaigns across CTV, streaming audio, programmatic out-of-home, cinema, print, and even linear TV.
The ideal candidate has at least one year of agency experience, is self-motivated, passionate about media, and is eager to build hands-on experience in the fast-paced, evolving world of mass media.
*Hybrid requires two in-office days per week
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Assist mass media team with the development, execution, and monitoring of media campaigns
· Coordinate with media vendors to obtain proposals, confirm buys, traffic creative, and work through challenges
· Conduct vendor, market, and audience research to support planning
· Assist with campaign reporting projects and monitor schedule delivery and performance.
· Manage out-of-home campaigns, renewals, and production updates while supporting the media buyers with recommendations and strategy development.
· Lead media vendor invoice reconciliation, order creation, and added value tracking.
QUALIFICATIONS
· A positive attitude and curious mindset with the desire to invest in your professional growth within mass media.
· A minimum of 1 year of agency experience, working within a media agency/department is preferred
· Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook)
· Strong note-taker and ability to be resourceful
· Paid media foundation, with an understanding of media terminology and general practices
· Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, under tight deadlines.
