The Role :
Campaign Coordination and Implementation
Assist in the execution of media plans, ensuring campaigns are launched on time and align with client objectives.
Coordinate the scheduling and placement of ads across multiple platforms, including digital, print, broadcast, and social.
Collaborate with creative teams to ensure all media assets are delivered and formatted according to specifications.
Vendor and Partner Communication
Communicate with media vendors to confirm placements, secure proofs of performance, and troubleshoot issues.
Maintain strong relationships with external partners to ensure timely delivery of media buys.
Meet with and vet new media vendors
Create Media kits to streamline resources to Media team
Request and review media quotes, insertion orders, and agreements to ensure accuracy.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting
Track campaign performance metrics and provide updates to the media and account teams.
Assist in compiling post-campaign reports, highlighting successes, insights, and recommendations for optimization.
Analyze data to ensure campaigns are meeting goals and provide input on adjustments when needed.
Budget Management
Support the media team in tracking budgets, ensuring accurate invoicing and reconciliation of campaign expenses.
Maintain detailed records of all media spends, placements, and adjustments.
Organize budget documentation to assist in billing process
Administrative Support
Maintain media calendars and timelines to ensure all deliverables are met.
Organize and archive media documents, contracts, and performance reports for easy access and reference.
Assist with research on media opportunities, platform updates, and industry trends.
Manage billing paperwork and maintain organization of all internal media documentation
