The Role
We’re looking for a Sourcing Specialist to join a dynamic recruitment team and focus on sourcing top-tier candidates for a variety of Head Office roles across key functions. You’ll work closely with the recruitment and hiring teams to ensure they have a robust pipeline of candidates to meet business demands.

Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and candidate profiles.
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive and active talent.
- Proactively identify candidates using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, talent pools, and referrals.
- Screen and assess candidates for role suitability, ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
- Maintain and manage candidate pipelines ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
About You:
- 3 proven experience as a Sourcer or Recruiter.
- Experience sourcing candidates across broad Head Office functions (e.g., Finance, Analysts & HR roles etc.) is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with sourcing tools, platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems), and talent mapping strategies.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive, organized, and results-driven approach to talent acquisition.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional candidate experiences and finding the best talent.
