As a growing and dynamic team, Chapter Miami is looking for a motivated Business Development & Sales professional to help expand our footprint in the South Florida market. This individual will play a crucial role in generating leads, building relationships with key industry professionals, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Build and maintain relationships with Miami’s top real estate agents, brokers, architects, and developers to generate leads and referrals.
- Conduct presentations to brokerage teams, architects, and other industry partners to educate them about Chapter’s design-build services and how we can add value to their clients.
- Communicate Chapter’s expertise and offerings professionally and effectively to prospective clients.
- Identify and engage potential clients, schedule consultations, and conduct in-person walkthroughs at their homes.
- Provide renovation cost estimates and present tailored solutions based on client needs.
- Collaborate with the Business Development team on growth strategies and marketing initiatives.
- Ensure outstanding customer service through high availability, responsiveness, and expertise.
