What you’ll do:
The Sourcing & Coordination Talent Partner will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of onboarding new employees to ensure they are fully prepared, compliant, and ready to deliver exceptional care. This role involves working closely with the recruitment team, ensuring all administrative processes are smooth, and providing a welcoming and efficient experience for all new employees.
Role Overview
We’re on the lookout for a Sourcing & Onboarding Talent Partner to join our friendly and fast-moving Talent Team at Chapter2. While this role doesn’t involve full-cycle recruiting, it plays a key part in finding amazing talent, supporting candidates through the hiring journey, and making sure every new hire feels right at home from day one. Key Responsibilities
Sourcing Talent
You’ll be the person out there searching for top-notch candidates for a variety of roles, using tools like LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms to find the right fit. You’ll have an eye for spotting talent and a knack for making connections.
Candidate Support
You’ll be the friendly face supporting candidates during their office visits, making sure they feel comfortable and have a great experience throughout the process. Your goal is to help them feel at ease, every step of the way.
Onboarding Coordination
You’ll take the lead in creating a warm welcome for new hires by coordinating and running onboarding days. This will include everything from scheduling to preparing materials and leading welcome sessions that get everyone excited about joining the team.
Administrative Support
You'll keep track of candidate records, ensure all documentation is in order, and follow up on onboarding progress to make sure everything runs smoothly and is fully compliant.
Collaboration
You’ll work closely with the Talent Team and Hiring Managers to get a clear sense of what each role needs. Your sourcing efforts will be directly aligned with business priorities to make sure we’re attracting the right people at the right time.
Culture Ambassador
As a representative of Chapter2, you’ll ensure every new hire feels the values and culture we hold dear from the moment they join us. You’ll help them feel like part of the family, making sure they understand the why behind what we do.
