Description:
- Administer medication to residents as prescribed by their physician
- Monitor residents for any adverse reactions to medication and report any concerns to the nursing staff
- Maintain accurate medication records and documentation
- Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as needed
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
- Must be a Certified Medication Aide in the state of Indiana
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
