About the Job
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to lead our Trust and Safety Operations team as a seasoned manager. This person will oversee the day-to-day work of the team, own the evolution of our operations model, and drive strategy in scaling our safety and support operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Trust and Safety Operations team's workload and ensure workflows meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Develop and drive operational workflows, collaborating with Engineering on tool enhancements
- Support team members in responding to safety reports and assisting with initiatives to reduce abuse on the platform
- Use data to inform decisions and drive change in content policies and safety workflows
Requirements:
- 6 years of management experience in Trust and Safety, Fraud, or Support operations
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and organizational skills
- Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines
