Photographer & Videographer – Real Estate Media Specialist

Location: Fort Wayne, IN

Art Home Photo is seeking a skilled Videographer & Photographer with strong video production and editing experience to capture and create compelling real estate media. What You’ll Do:

• Capture & Produce High-Quality Visuals – Film and photograph real estate properties, agent branding content, and social media marketing videos that enhance our clients’ brands.
• Lead Video Production & Editing – Shoot stabilized, cinematic footage using gimbals and drones, then enhance it with expert editing for a polished, professional look.
• Enhance Client Branding – Create engaging social media content, agent videos, community highlights, and listing videos that tell a compelling story and connect with audiences.
• Deliver Professional-Quality Edits – Perform color grading, sound design, motion graphics, and transitions to ensure every video meets professional standards.
• Stay Organized & Efficient – Manage media files, maintain an organized workflow, and meet deadlines with quick turnaround times.
• Collaborate & Communicate – Work directly with clients and the team to understand project goals, offer creative direction, and maintain brand consistency.
• Continuously Improve Your Craft – Stay up to date with industry trends, experiment with new techniques, and seek feedback to refine your skills.

What We’re Looking For:

• Expertise in Videography & Photography – Primary focus on videography, with strong photography skills. A relevant portfolio is requested when applying.
• Equipment Proficiency – Experience using Sony mirrorless cameras, DJI drones, gimbals (Ronin, Zhiyun, etc.), and professional lighting setups. FAA Part 107 drone certification is a plus.
• Creative Storytelling Skills – Ability to craft engaging, visually stunning videos that showcase properties and highlight client brands.
• Attention to Detail – A keen eye for composition, lighting, and color to ensure polished, high-quality content.
• Strong Client Relations & Communication – Someone who prioritizes clear and consistent communication with both clients and the team. The ability to manage expectations, provide updates, and actively listen is essential.
• Time Management & Organization – Ability to juggle multiple projects, maintain schedules, and deliver content on time.
