Overview: We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative. In this entry-level role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers—answering phone calls, emails, and chats with professionalism, empathy, and a smile (yes, even over the phone!). You'll handle a wide range of inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure every customer walks away feeling supported and valued.
About You: You don’t need to know anything about electric motorcycles (yet)—we’ll teach you! What matters most is your ability to communicate clearly, stay calm under pressure, and turn challenging conversations into positive experiences. You’ll work alongside a knowledgeable and supportive team who can help you learn the ropes as you grow in this role.

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Provide clear, friendly, and helpful information about our products and services.
- Direct technical or service-related questions to the appropriate team members—no troubleshooting required.
- Assist customers with order-related questions such as tracking, returns, and general info.
- Handle outbound calls to follow up on customer issues and feedback.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and resolve complex issues.
- Maintain knowledge of products and services to assist customers effectively.
- Accurately document customer interactions in our support system.
- Help with general administrative or support tasks as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
- Friendly, empathetic, and patient demeanor with a strong customer service mindset.
- Proficient in English with strong communication skills
- Experience in customer support and client services
- Excellent phone etiquette and data entry abilities
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and computer skills
- Strong analytical skills and experience in call center environments
- Ability to stay organized and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort using computers, email, and phone systems.
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow within the role.Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
- Experience with help desk tools (like Gorgias) or e-commerce platforms (like Shopify) is a bonus.

Pay: $16.79 - $19.54 per hour
