What You Will Be Doing
As a Sr. Account Executive, you will be part of the exciting growth phase of Electric Bus Expansion in North America as a real pioneer. The North America West Region will be your target market where you can use your consultative selling skills to develop and secure new customers. Expectations are to become an expert in bus fleet electrification for the customers and communities we serve, helping them grow their EV footprint. Visiting potential customers, hosting webinars, managing sales calls and video conferences are a big part of your job, but there is more.
As a SaaS and hardware company, upselling and Account Management are an important part of our business model. Not only to generate revenue, but to make sure we are always engaged with our customers and providing the perfect solution to meet their specific requirements. Being part of ChargePoint means you get a lot of freedom to take initiative, but you also need to be able to adjust quickly to new situations and to learn fast. Your position will be key to ChargePoint's growth in the fleet space for North America.
What You Will Bring to ChargePoint
Skills relevant to originating, selling to, and managing bus fleet customers
Building long-term relationships with large fleet customers
Running and participating in conferences, expositions and webinars
Working collaboratively with our North American and global sales teams
Evaluating and visiting customer sites and fleet deployments
Continuously evaluating product requirements and value to the customer
Coordinating and conducting demos and training
Understanding and capturing customer needs
Supporting research with the marketing team
Running and participating in conferences, expositions and webinars (local and national)
Helping to improve the customer experience
Coordinating customer specific logistics
Coordinating RFP responses
Location: Remote
Salary : $58,500 - $165,000
