Job Overview
We seek an experienced RF and wireless engineering professional to drive the development of contemporary wireless platforms (4G/5G cellular, WiFi, BlueTooth/BLE, RFID/NFC, etc.) and deliver agency and carrier-certified designs optimized for multiple dimensions, including cost, reliability, and feature richness.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in RF and wireless engineering principles, including antenna technologies, and experience designing RF circuitry. They will lead the team in delivering cutting-edge wireless solutions that meet the demands of a rapidly evolving industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop complex wireless products with expertise in modulator/demodulator operation and radio performance optimization in high noise environments.
- Lead the development of contemporary wireless platforms, ensuring agency and carrier certification, and optimizing designs for cost, reliability, and feature richness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge wireless solutions that meet the demands of a rapidly evolving industry.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in developing complex wireless products.
- Proven record of successful cellular and WiFi/BT designs moving into production.
- Analog, digital, and RF circuit design experience.
- Proficient with OrCAD & Allegro design tools.
