As a Sales Success Manager at Chariot, your primary focus will be the success and growth of your team. Professional Skills

  • Computer skills: Candidates should have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis), experience with SAP for sales order processing and reporting, and expertise in the Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail) for collaboration and communication. Strong attention to detail, the ability to troubleshoot technical issues, and a continuous learning mindset to stay up-to-date with new tools are also essential for managing sales operations efficiently and driving team success.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Policy Development: Create, review, and update sales policies to ensure consistency and compliance with company standards.

  • Employee Handbook Updates: Regularly update the sales team handbook to reflect best practices, new policies, and evolving company goals.

  • HBA Delegation & Review: Oversee the delegation of tasks and regularly review performance on key business activities (HBAs).

  • Monthly Budget Review: Conduct a thorough review of sales budgets each month to ensure alignment with financial objectives.

  • Merchandise & Swag Review: Assess the selection and quality of promotional items and swag, ensuring they align with brand messaging and team morale.

  • Marketing Coordination: Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment on promotional campaigns, events, and sales strategies.

  • Outside Sales: Actively participate in field sales activities alongside the team, modeling best practices and engaging with clients in-person.


Salary, schedule, and Interview requirements

  • Base Salary: $60,000 – $80,000 per year.
  • Commission possible after a heavy 1 year learning curve.
  • Competitive Salary and Benefits.
  • Salary Commensurate with Experience.

Job Schedule

  • Monday - Friday 7:30am -4:30 am.  (One day 8-5pm likely)
