- Partner with client organizations to understand the needs of your search project
- Work closely with our internal research team to formulate a search strategy and a target list
- Source and qualify prospective candidates
- Manage the day-to-day recruiting process, ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Alongside the practice leader, provide clients with professional market consultation
- Facilitate interview and hiring discussions with interviewers and hiring managers
- Drive closing process, including offer and negotiations
The ideal candidate will have:
- College degree (B.A. / B.S. preferred)
- Entrepreneurial spirit
- 2 years of experience in a client-facing, sales, or recruiting role
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to analyze and solve complex problems
- Competitive nature
- Goal oriented
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
