Our client is a well-established real estate developer specializing in residential, commercial and retail construction throughout Florida. A small family sized company that has well established itself in the Florida market over the past 60 years.
The Projects:
Their portfolio ranges from multi-story office complexes to luxury condominiums, having played a key role in shaping Miami’s iconic skyline. Their current upcoming projects include a 40-story multifamily project valued at $150M and two 50 story towers.
The Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail orientated person to fill an Owners Rep Construction Manager role to oversee the forthcoming projects. The ideal candidate will have 5 years’ experience as a project manager and while a background from a General Contractor is not necessary, it is beneficial.
