The Company:
Our Client are a General Contractor in Austin working across Texas. They have build a solid presence in Austin, Dallas, Houston & San Antonio since their beginnings almost 10 years ago and have steadily grown to a team of around 50 that have positioned themselves to be one the premier commercial construction firms.
The Projects:
Working throughout corporate interiors, healthcare, higher education, hospitality and industrial markets, they have built over two million square foot across almost 300 projects, both ground-up and tenant improvement.
The Role:
We are looking for an experienced Estimator with minimum 5 years experience in commercial construction (non-residential/multi family) within a major Texas market.
What's in it for you?
Our client are offering circa $140K, depending on level of experience, for a Senior Estimator to join their Preconstruction team.
There is potential for this role to Director of Estimating, for someone with 8 years experience in commercial construction and with proven leadership, based in Austin.
Salary : $135,000 - $145,000
