What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pool Manager position at Charles City, IA?
Assumes overall responsibility for the safety, water safety, and sanitation of the pool facility. Conducts staff orientation and in-service training. Preparation of work schedule and time sheets. Preparation of publicity releases and public relations materials. Supervision of lifeguards to assure alertness, promptness and firm, consistent rule enforcement. Assists all staff members with daily operations of the pool.
Qualifications
Lifeguarding, CPR, First Aid Certificate and WSI Certification is desirable.
Special Requirements
Must be 21 years of age.
