As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and reviewing the procedures and equipment involved in the manufacturing process.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and implement automation techniques to improve efficiency
- Test new systems for performance and plan factory layouts to maximize production
- Share departmental duties and maintain assigned goals for efficiency and productivity
- Support department's Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and understand Lean concepts
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in engineering with 6 months of experience in manufacturing or a degree in a technical career with four years of experience in manufacturing of cable harnesses. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CAD design software, and English language are required.
