Responsibilities:
Charles Gabus Ford is looking for talented Sales Representatives that:
- Love working with customers and are genuinely interested, making each one feel right at home from the first hello.
- Enjoy offering assistance to every customer you meet, no matter if in the showroom or out on the lot.
- Is a sales rockstar! This tells us you are a good listener. You can guide customers to the perfect vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to learn what our customers want
- Know your products. We want our customers to remember our name and come back so you must familiarize yourself with vehicle features, performance, and benefits so you can accurately match your customer’s need to their right product.
- Likes the extras. You can describe all the optional equipment you think would make your customer’s new Ford the best vehicle they’ve ever owned.
- Understands you’re building relationships with your customers! You make an impression from the first hello all the way through the sale until the follow-up. You need to respond to customer contacts and calls as soon as possible, and always follow-up no matter the question
- Understand the sales process and equip yourself to answer questions and objections that will help the customer make the best decision possible when choosing their new vehicle.
- Is organized and enjoys a team environment. Everyone, from the General Managers to your managers and your co-workers, are knowledgeable and available to add to your success.
- Will learn to overcome objections, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards
- Will report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.

Requirements:
- Previous dealership experience (preferred)
- Must be at least 18 years old to apply
- Outgoing with a friendly personality, especially while handling objections & negotiating pricing
- Have a valid Iowa Driver’s License and clean driving record
- Will submit to a drug and background screening
