The Mechanical Analysis Engineer Intern aims to develop a Creo-integrated Mathcad workbook to automate ASCE 7 filing for PE stamping.

Duties/Responsibilities
- Under the guidance of our Lead Structures Engineer (LMTT-Structures)
- Develop a Mathcad workbook
- Develop a process to link FEA output to populate the workbook
- Work with LMTT and PE firm to approve the process
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Strong oral and written communication skills required.
- Good interpersonal skills required to work effectively with others.
- Analytical ability to solve complex problems.
- College undergraduate (or graduate) pursuing a Mechanical Engineering degree, or other Civil Engineering degree.
- If they have passed the FE exam, this can be used as experience towards the PE licensing.
- 3D CAD required, CREO desired.
- FEA class desired (Ansys preferred).
- Must have completed the third year of the undergraduate program.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
