Join our Crew! Charles Mill Marina is looking for a Crew Supervisor, a dynamic and customer-focused position responsible for assisting in the daily operations of our marina and boat dealership. This role involves managing crew members, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining our rental boat fleet. The Crew Lead will also handle financial transactions, assist in managing store inventory, and coordinating with vendors.

Key Responsibilities:
- Crew Management: Schedule and oversee crew members to ensure efficient operations. Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Customer Service: Serve as the primary point of contact at the counter, assisting customers with inquiries, rentals, and purchases. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through friendly and professional service.
- Rental Fleet Management: Oversee the maintenance and scheduling of the rental fleet, ensuring all equipment is in excellent condition and ready for customer use.
- Financial Transactions: Handle cash and credit transactions, perform daily deposits, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Inventory Management: Stock shelves and manage inventory levels for retail items, including bait, food, drinks, and alcohol. Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery and availability of products.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a retail environment.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Basic financial acumen and experience handling cash transactions.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with boating and marina operations is a plus.
- Availability to work full-time during peak season (April to October) and part-time during the off-season (November to March).
