The goal of Operational Services, within Plan Administration & Implementation (PAI), is to meet the needs of Retirement Plan Services by providing the best client service possible as it relates to the recordkeeping aspects of Defined Contribution Retirement Plans. Specifically, the Specialist is expected to manage high volumes of check transactions and completion of other requests received from internal partners. Your responsibilities include queue oversight, researching, and responding to internal partner requests, maintaining quality control and procedures, creating process improvements, and performing audit fulfillment to meet key deliverables while exceeding client and participant expectations.

Required Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, daily-deadline-driven environment with minimal errors
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with various departments
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Access Database
- Creative thought process focusing on continuous process improvement
- Ability to interpret client and participant needs
- Exceptional organizational, analytical and time management skills
- College degree or equivalent work experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Retirement industry knowledge and ASPPA designation
- Familiarity with IRS Form 1099-R and Banking logistics
- In-depth knowledge of regulations and plan design which governs processes such as incoming rollovers, loan payoffs and loan repayments
