Duties: Responsible performing all QA-related functions; including, but not limited to vetting requirements; creating test plans, test data and test cases; executing test cases; creating automation scripts; and reviewing regression results to quickly determine if our products are ready for market. Work very closely with developers on an integrated team dedicated to delivering high-quality solutions while being part of a highly interactive Agile team. Participate in all aspects of testing, including functional, regression, load/performance and system testing. Defines scope and objectives of all levels of QA testing. Establishes the purpose and work of the test effort. Lead QA efforts for assigned project(s) including coordination of QA project team who test, evaluate, and validate new functions and applications, and identify issues in software or services. Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills to provide detailed root cause analysis.
Salary: $133,864.00 - $220,100.00 per year
What you have
Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or related field, and 72 months of progressive, post-Bachelor’s related experience. Experience must include 72 months involving the following: Creation of test strategies, test plans, test data and test execution and reporting progress to stakeholders; SDET using C# or Java programming language with focus on test automation; Testing RESTful web using test automation frameworks to increase effectiveness of tests, and tools like Postman, Fiddler for manual testing; Acceptance test-driven development (ATDD) or Behavior Driven Development (BDD) using Gherkin languages like Cucumber, Cucumber-jvm, Cucumber-js, SpecFlow, or Serenity; Creating/executing performance testing scripts using JMeter; Atlassian toolset (Jira, Confluence, and Zephyr Tests); and Accessing and querying RDBMS database using SQL queries and Stored Procedures (DB2, PostgreSQL, MS-SQL, or similar).
