Day to Day:
A large wealth management company is looking for technical support associates to join their team. In this role, you will be handling the following: customer/client/contra calls, password reset, customer correspondence, transfer of accounts, wired funds, and received/issued checks. In this role you must be articulate, have a pleasant telephone manner, and have excellent written and verbal skills. Must be equally comfortable with direct client interaction and able to network, research, and resolve client operational issues. General PC skills required including experience with Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Previous call center experience is a MUST (1-2 years)
- Prior experience working with clients on performing password resets; navigating/instructing end users
- Excellent phone presence
- Knowledge and adherence to de-escalation experience
Plusses:

Pay:
$17hr - $20hr
