We are seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Specialist. Responsibilities

• Utilize MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems to manage inventory levels effectively.
• Ensure compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulations in all procurement processes.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier performance metrics.
• Work closely with internal departments to understand their procurement needs and provide solutions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in procurement management or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies and supplier management practices.
• Familiarity with Federal Acquisition Regulations is highly desirable.
• Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on achieving favorable outcomes.
• Ability to analyze data related to pricing, quality, and supplier performance.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in using MRP systems and other procurement software tools.
• Effective communication skills for collaboration with internal teams and external suppliers.
