As an Insurance Sales Rep under our 12-month mentorship program, you will receive comprehensive training, ongoing support, and business development strategies to help you build and grow a successful insurance agency when youre ready to open your own office. Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development : Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and effectively sell insurance products to individuals and businesses. Provide clients with the best insurance options suited to their needs.
Mentorship & Training Participation : Actively engage in a comprehensive, hands-on mentorship program. Learn the ins and outs of agency management, sales, marketing, and leadership from an experienced industry expert.
Customer Service Excellence : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing superior service, addressing inquiries, and ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Experience : No prior insurance experience required, but a strong entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to learn are essential. Previous sales, customer service, or business experience is a plus.
Licensing : Ability to obtain required insurance licenses.
Entrepreneurial Mindset : Strong interest in starting and managing a business, with a focus on growth and long-term success. You must be highly motivated, goal-oriented, and willing to put in the effort to build a thriving agency.
Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with clients, employees, and team members.
