Job Duties
Lifeguards perform a variety of duties from providing safety information to the public to performing emergency medical aid. But, the number one role of the Lifeguard is to provide a safe environment for our customers. If you like to make a difference, we want you on our team.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities
- Watching the water and pool deck to prevent injuries
- Participating in physical and scenario-based trainings
- Enforcing rules and safety regulations
- Providing medical aid and responding to emergencies
Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older on first day of lifeguarding
- Must pass a drug test
- Must pass a criminal background check (ages 18 and over only)
- Maintain reliable transportation
- Ability to complete required training
